It's interesting in my mind, unless something spectacular is enabled (like a cheaper guitar), the Wii version generally loses its advantage with motion controls, but then the 360/PS3 versions also lose their advantage with HD visuals (because really, seeing the fretboard in 720p isn't going to change anything). I don't think it's impossible for the Wii version to have it, but if it didn't or it was gimped due to SD card limits the other versions would have a clear advantage.

Yup! The 360 and PS3 have pre-existing example of DLC patching new content into existing games, whereas the Wii doesn't.
